Portland Real Estate is a family run business at 3 Wolgan Street next door to the Commonwealth bank. Business owner and licensee Sandra Metcalf, and manager Wendy Wilcox both live in Portland and have over ten years experience in local real estate.

$7,000 Regional Relocation Grant
The Regional Relocation (Home Buyers Grant) Bill 2011 came into force in New South Wales on 1st July 2011. The grant totaling $7,000 is available to people who relocate from a metropolitan area (Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and Blue Mountains)to a regional area. As the Lithgow district is very close to the metropolitan area, we are confident that our district will benefit from this grant.
